Operation Christmas Child
As a parish we shall again be supporting the Samaritan’s Purse appeal for shoe boxes filled with appropriate small presents for impoverished children in distant lands. Please start gathering together pens and pencils, rubbers and rulers, crayons, felt tips and paper, toothpaste and soap + fun ‘stocking filler’ items.
The shoe boxes will be blessed in church and despatched in November. There will be more details in next month’s magazine.
