I am writing to say thank you to all Hampstead Parish Church Parishioners who donated such a wonderful variety of food and toiletries to CARIS families. We were running very low on essential items and were greatly in need of this extremely generous donation.
As I know you are all too aware, CARIS’ work is with some of the most marginalised people living in our country today. It is our aim to offer the best and most holistic service possible to homeless families who live in hostels and other temporary accommodation in the borough of Haringey.
We will always welcome your donations as they are very much in needed, particularly in this difficult economic climate. The food and toiletries will be made into parcels and distributed by our staff to the families most in need.
