This grave is in the churchyard

A curious amalgam of styles – a brick altar tomb with portland top, base and plaques. The Snoxells were farmers and pub-owners, the Houlditches were minor gentry or military. Were the two family graves joined together when they were moved when the Vestry was built in 1912?
