William Job COLLINS

KCVO, MD, MS, FRCS. Eye surgeon. Sometime Chairman of the LCC and Vice Chancellor of London University. He was Liberal MP for St Pancras West (1906-10) and for Derby (1917-18). He was consulting surgeon to two eye hospitals, President of many societies (eg Huguenot Society), Chairman of many committees (eg Hop Industry) and wrote many books (eg The Aetiology of the European Conflagration).
