Grimm Tales Matthew Stevens

Once upon a time
Seven tales of cunning and stupidity, courage and fear, joy and sadness, told by eight talented young performers.

GASP! As Little Red Cap encounters a ravenous Wolf. THRILL! As Hansel and Gretel take on the wicked Witch. LAUGH! As Clever Hans lives up to his name or does he?? CHEER! As good triumphs over evil and they all live happily ever after.

With a medley of traditional storytelling, physical theatre and, above all, humour, this small cast breathe vivid life into your favourite folk tales, originally adapted for the Young Vic Theatre.
This production marks the return of the Hampstead Players Youth Theatre in the 30th anniversary year of the Hampstead Players. Throughout the year there will be a programme of events to encourage local children to participate in the theatre, both on and off stage, and productions for the grown-ups too!

Tickets will go on sale in early April and will be advertised accordingly on the Church notice boards as well as on the Hampstead Players website www.hampsteadplayers.org.uk

Further details of the production can be obtained from the Director, Matthew Stevens, on (020) 8340 7212 or by e-mailing him at [email protected]
