Was Vicar of Brailes, Warwick, and afterwards incumbent of St Matthew’s Bayswater, in this county, where a tablet is erected t his memory’. Two of his descendants visited the grave in 1979 and told us that the reverend gentleman, who had 16 children, nearly bankrupted himself on the building costs of St Matthew’s.
